Can I send bulk email with Yahoo?

I'm starting a home business with a company oriented to the Christian family and I would this opportunity to others. The ads are very expensive and sometimes when starting a new business, a person must control their costs. If a person suffers from allergies, smoke odor, pollen, mold, animal dander and odor, so there is no scientifically proven answer to these problems is available.
