Where can I go to read and share comments on companies doing business online?

I had a very bad experience with a catalog of the company and feel the need to share. I also want to explore the experiences of others with companies doing business online. I've been Epinion.com but can not find a review there … Online shopping only. So where are you going to hear and be heard? The BBB is just a place to complain. If a business is not a member of the BBB there is nothing I can do nothing but relay the complaint. The site you sent me more like businesses and consumers. I want to know if there is a forum for exchange of consumer information, comments and / or rating of companies doing business online.
