I need to buy commercial insurance for business line web?

Am I running the business as a sole proprietorship. There are no employees, almost no capital (except for my laptop) and not material goods. The turnover is less than $ 40k. Do I need insurance or can I go without it? The only reason I ask is because the bank has a section Insurance companies issue of implementation of the commercial bank account. Thanks in advance.
