Starting a business of any kind, anywhere, can be very risky. Starting an online business can be risky considering that:

1) the world of online business is booming

2) is still a relatively new frontier

3) The changing technology as rapidly that it is almost impossible to keep up.

A manager need not be your best friend, but you should be able to contact him or her, especially at first, must be able to feel like you can call anytime with questions and concerns.

Search a manager who has the same tastes, styles and ideals as yours or that you may be in conflict on several occasions about his plans for your business. Remember, decisions the end is always yours, if you can not get this concept, maybe you're not ready to own a business. You do not always agree with your manager of a One hundred percent of the time. Taking ideas and suggestions into consideration but do not take them to the law.

Always look for a manager who has managed in a similar business, especially if your business is online.
