For an online business is a tax identification number of the state is equivalent to a sales license?

I'm starting a business online and wan't to buy wholesale. In the State of Florida makes a state tax ID equal to that of a seller's permit? I have a business license and state tax ID #, but no information on whether or not you need permission from a wholesale power provider, or will your tax ID been enough? Thanks in advance

Your sales tax number certificate States also acts as your certificate of participation. You do not need anything extra.
